It seems nothing I do helps. It's like the accounts do not function anymore.
The "sys.Trace = true" for the emails that I included in the dial plan doesn't work either. I have valid email addresses entered in the update settings but don't get emails, call logs empty and of course no incoming ringing. I tried registering my Exetel account as a test to replace PennyTel but it won't register on MSS - I just get time out. If I could get the trace to email me something I could have a chance at resolving this. |
