can`t use ip dialing
 

Help, I can`t use an alias for ip dialing on sipbroker.

When I write the sip uri I need to write:

123456@chica.cjb.net:5060

for to get the call to the ATA,

but sipbroker tells me: invalid sip uri.

It allows me only

123456@chica.cjb.net

then the call will not go through

When I try to login to sipbroker with the sipagate idea I can`t login! I do not know why? I also registered with that.

When I want to signup for a new number with sipagate sipbroker tells me that I have already an account with sipagate.

I do not know anymore what to do now.
My family and friends cannot call me anymore from their pstn phone via sipbroker.
Please help.
All the other providers I tried the call is not going through.
