FWD failed to recognize conference passcord
 

I have added FWD and VoipStunt to Voxalot. Both works well except one thing. After I dial a 800 number via FWD and got connected, I then entered a conference passcode, it always got a wrong key even though I entered the right one multiple times. On the other hand, VoIPStunt took my passcode fine.

Any idea?

Sounds like a DTMF issue. You might have to adjust your settings for that in your softphone/ATA/IP phone. Although making your device work with FWD may just 'break' the other provider so it now doesn't work. Unfortunately transmitting touch-tones via VOIP is not yet completely reliable and takes experimenting with your DTMF settings sometimes to get working on the provider you need it to work with.

What should I set the DTMF to? Any instruction or pointer to instruction is highly appreciated.

On any SIP device, you'll have three or more choices for DTMF tones: auto, inband, AVT (rfc), and INFO. What you'll have to do is try different ones, save your settings, and then make your phone calls and see if the touch tones are recognized properly on any of them.

I have the same problem with FWD. I tried all three DTMF options in my ZyXEL P2602HW, but none of them work. How does Voxalot treat those DTMF options? Do they just get forwarded as they are sent, or can Voxalot translate them from one standard to another?
