Cannot login - "User not activated yet"
 

Hello

I signed up for a free Voxalot account and activated it. I then upgraded to a lite account and changed my email address. Not realising that a second "activation" email would be sent for the changed address I did not worry when one did not arrive. However when I now go to log into my account to manage settings etc, I get the error:

1. User not activated yet.

Can anyone tell me how I can re-activate my account or reset it?

What's the associated account number?

Same problem here: "User not activated yet. " after change of email address and no new activation mail received.

Coul you manually activate so that I can log in?
My account is - 747111

It's 492151. I've tried again just now but still get the same result.

Both accounts should now be active.

Hi, I created to accounts - 161979 and 201979, for both i got the activation emails but even after clicking the link accounts were not activated. Please check...

Account 161979 is now active. Account 201979 appears to belong to someone else.

changed email address but mistyped address!
 

I have a similar problem:

I changed my email address to a wrong one.

Dear Administrator, can you please reset
my email address to the old one?

my id is 838281. account has already been
activated. but after changing the address
I am not able to login anymore.
