web call back error! call blocked!
my voxalot id is 888433, today I found I cannot make webcallback, my account was blocked? but I am premium user!
and I cannot use virtual toll free branding too! show me "Error. A Premium Virtual Toll Free subscription is required to access this feature. Click Here to purchase one now. " I am already premium user!

Please help me with this issue. thanks!

@zcharming there are no blockages on your account and you are showing up as premium. Please let me know if you are still having these problems.

regret buy voxalot premium account! why call blocked with my account?
I bought voxalot lite for one year, but my account showed me call blocked yet! when I use virtual toll free and web callback , always showed me "Error, call blocked!" what's wrong with this? sadly, I cannot found one customer service email, tel no. any more. anyway, who would like to help me with my issue?
my voxalot id is 888433 . though my account status show "premium", but my call blocked yet!

Your dial plan is prefixing the numbers with a "6*". Is this expected?

Hi Martin,
my dial plan and other configuration are all fine to me. because I have another pbx server (with more powerful dial plan code write by myself) to handle my call. thanks!

@zcharming. It appears as though our fraud detection system has red flagged your accounts due to excessive web calling.

I have forwarded your case onto our accounting person to look into.
