Web call back error

I am a premier member and using all services without any problem. But recently I noticed that I cannot make Web Call Back anymore. Whenever I try to place a call I receive the following error message:

! ERROR
1. Call Blocked

Can anyone tell me what is the problem? Moderators, Could you please find out the reason why I am getting such kind of problem? I tried numbers that I can call directly without web call back! Thanks in advance for the help.

I am premium user , and I cannot make web call back too.
the message is Error Call Blocked!

my voxalot id is 888433
please help me.
