Invoice with company name
 
Hi voxalot,

I received last saturday my first invoice. This came as a very simple plain text e-mail. Since I use my voxalot account for company calls, I need to have an invoice where (at least) the company name is mentioned.

I wrote this already to "info at voxalot" and "accounts at voxalot", but I got no reply so far.

I think that other company users could use this other invoice format as well.

I know that this forum is about technical questions.... I also know that the support here is very good.... BUT, I have written an e-mail to info@voxalot.com and I made a reply to the e-mail address were I got the invoice from. So far I got no replies. And yes, I have checked my spam filter.

Maybe Martin can contact the accounting department directly?

It's really very unprofessional how customer questions are handled from the non technical departments... Sorry to say that, but no reply from voxalot in 10 days is not what I expect.

now I got a reply from your accounting department.

Maybe you can change the personal settings page in a way that we can enter a company name and an address. If we would then get an invoice as pdf, I would consider it as perfect.
