Hi,
I have now a strange problem?

Any call that goes via e164.org gets your (?) "I'm sorry I can't let you do that".

But anybody who calls me through my VoipDiscount (Provider is activ and registered) has perfect call and gets either the mailbox or my ATA?

I checked my entry at e164.org and saved it (again and again) and I get their confirmation call either at my ATA or this call was forwarded to my mailbox.

my entry at e164.org looks as it was and it worked:
408 ...@eu.voxalot.com

I have two Lite-Accounts
two provider are entered,
one (acc#1 VoipDiscount) is set to be active,
the orther one (acc#1 VoipCheap) is not active.
I can call I can reach my mailbox, but why the e164.org were blocked?
If I change the e163 entry to forward the calls to the other acct it is the same: "I'm sorry, I can't let you do that"

(btw. acc to the beautifull voice that allways says "I'm sorry, I can't let you dor that" I asume she is 'with' you - please let her say "Voxalot regrets, but we can't let you do that")

now all of a sudden it the problem is solved - but I have no idea what was the reason for the feilure and for the solving.

I would suggest entering your SIP URI in e164 as user@voxalot.com without us,eu,au which gives you a chance to get calls even if one of those servers is having issues...
