VoxPremium Upgrade Reminder

This is just a friendly reminder to all Voxalot members that access to the advanced functions (Web Call Back, Call Forwarding and SIP Registrations) will be available only to premium members effective July 30th, 2007.

As previously announced on July 16th, Voxalot launched VoxPremium and gave members requiring access to the advanced features a two week grace period to subscribe to one of the VoxPremium products. The two weeks are coming to an end and the advanced functions will shortly only be available to VoxPremium members. If you haven’t already done so, and would like to continue to use the advanced functionality, please upgrade now to avoid losing any settings. For a feature-by-feature comparison of VoxBasic vs VoxPremium (VoxLite, VoxPro and VoxExtreme) please visit:

Voxalot

To all members that have already subscribed to VoxPremium, thank you for your subscription.

Please note with this new release we are also providing the ability for VoxPremium members to upgrade the number of their SIP registrations at any time in increments of five registrations. So, if you have purchased VoxLite and would like more SIP registrations simply click on the Upgrade link and purchase VoxUpgrade (+5) in as many lots of five as you require.

Rest assured, in the future we plan to continue to launch new and innovative services on the Voxalot platform (both for free and premium memberships).

Thank you again for your continued support, and functional suggestions via email and also on the Community Forum.

Regards,

The Voxalot Team

The grace period for access to VoxPremium has now ended. Today, July 30th at 4:30PM AEST (GMT +10) we have deployed an upgrade to the Production server removing access to the VoxPremium functions. This means that if your member type is Basic on your member details page, you will not have access to:

Web Call Back
Call Connection (Call Forwarding)
SIP Registration

Premium Members will now also see an Upgrade link (next to Member Type) allowing you to purchase additional SIP Registrations in lots of 5 at US$15 per VoxUpgrade.

For example if you previously purchased VoxLite and got only 1 SIP registration and want more, you can now purchase a VoxUpgrade for US$15 and get an additional 5 SIP Registrations for a total of 6 registrations. Please note that VoxUpgrade is only available to VoxPremium members.

You will also see a new field at the bottom of the Member Details page called Registration Limit - this field indicates how many Registrations your Premium Account has.

A question:

Assume a member purchased VoxLite on July,16th,2007, then his Voxlite service will expire on July,16th,2008.

If today, this member purchase a VoxUpgrade for US$15 and get an additional 5 SIP Registrations for a total of 6 registrations , then when his VoxPremium service will expire, on July,16th,2008? or on July,30th,2008?

Thanks.

A VoxUpgrade is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. However it is dependent on an current VoxLite, VoxPro or VoxExtreme subscription.

In other words a VoxUpgrade is only effective with a valid subscription.

Display of Subscription/Renewal Dates on Member Deails page

Hi Martin,
Congratulaions to the team on the launch of the updates. Seems like everything is working smoothly so far.

Is it possible to add a field on the Member details page indicating the VoxPremium service subscription date, and/or next renewal date.

A gentle email reminder 1 month ahead of the expiration date, and perhaps a voicemail "Just a gentle reminder that your current VoxPremium services expire on ... Month/Day. Please renew to avoid interruption of services" might also be helpful.

In case you wonder why, I am "Older than I once was, and younger than I'll be" (Paul Simon).

The horror scenario is that when you come back from holiday voxalot won't work because the subscription expired. I would prefer an auto renewal feature after a year.

Any news about this? When the time expire or before do we get a reminder?

Regards

Hello. I do not have PayPal account and there is no credit card. Can I do upgrade my account in another way?
