Register with firewalled net
 

In my home I have a DSL connection but also I receive a WiFi signal from one of the Apartment Stores of the near Mall.

The WiFi network is open (no auth required) but I couldn't register to Voxalot because somehow port 5060 is filtered or blocked, althoug I could register to FWD (because it uses uoutbound proxy with port 5082).

Today I was searching "tunnel sip" on Google and found a way to tunnel SIP, in this site: http://www.realtunnel.com/ there is a client that allow bypass the blocked 5060 port.

It sounds to me like you are stealing bandwidth, but I certainly don't know if they actually allow your usage or not. Anyway it is not my concern.

Another work around is to use a STUN server, provided you are authorized to use the link of course.

Well, I just use the WiFi net for testing purposes, because the day I go to the Store's Restaurant or Cofee Shop and I want to make a voip-call I need a way to register to Voxalot.

I tried the STUN setting but without success, and http://www.testyourvoip.com/ says that it can no pass the 5060 port.
