Retrieving SIPBroker account
 
It has been a long time I haven't used SIPBroker services and have forgotten about my SIPBroker account. So, I went to SIPBroker page and clicked the Lost password link to request for my password. Unfortunately, the only thing I can remember is the e-mail address used to register for a SIPBroker account. As such, the password retrieval isn't possible. Does anyone here have any solution to this, instead of registering for a new SIPBroker account?

if can still find the old email sent by sipbroker when you registered - the confirmation link url contains the user id you originally signed up with.

(though if you later changed user id, that wouldn't help. In which case ... perhaps you also set a sipbroker alias? If you remember that, might give the alias a call and see where it rings - should hopefully at least go to voicemail somewhere you recognize.)

Worst case scenario...it is relatively easy to setup a new acct.

Remember the acct. itself is truly only useful to setup an alias ... anything else you may want to do can likely be done without an acct.
