2 different Voxalot accounts on the same ATA unit
 

Maybe it's already open this thread, but I would like to know if it's possibile connect both line 1 and line 2 of my Sipura SPA2002 with 2 different accounts of Voxalot. I tried but don't seem to work... Maybe have I setup port 5060/5061? ATA unit works on both line 1 and line 2, but Voxalot accounts (set on port 5061 of line 2 of my ATA and so on Voxalot provider's ports) always say Auth. Requested and always it keeps on pending. How can I risolve? Sorry... I am almost a newbie of voip :D Thanks.

There should be no problem with using both channels of your SPA-2002 simultaneously with VoXaLot accounts (either to the same account or different accounts).

Normally, channel 1 is set to port 5060 and channel 2 is set to port 5061. It's best to leave it this way unless you have a specific reason for changing it.
