I was looking through the forurms and I see the FUP issue cropped up again in december, has this problem been sorted now ?

No problems with the US server, but the Eu server was the one with FUP issues.

Betamax ignores all e-mails, whatever they are about.

Don't put any hopes on them. They just "pack and sell". If everything goes OK, fine. If not, you loose your time. I am using several of their clones for a few years and already am prepared to their dumbness.

This doesn't jive with my experience: I got FUP exceeded charges using both servers. My solution to the FUP exceeded charges, found in these forums, was to make my ATA route PSTN calls directly to my Betamax voice provider (rather than having them routed first through voxalot). That seems to have resolved the issue.

And yes, forget about getting any kind of support or response from betamax or resellers. Betamax and customer service are two mutually exclusive entities.
