Hi people.
I´m new user of VOIP and Voxalot and I need help. I set up softphone with Voxalot account and it registered ok, my user name (six digits) appear on screen of X-lite (ready - your username is: 369543). But I dial to 600 or 500 and VM says: "The person you´re calling is unavainable, please try again".

I registered my sip account (other Voip provider) on Voxalot and when I try to call my sip number the VM says: "We´re sorry, the number you´re calling is not connected, please try again" (or some like this).

What´s wrong? Can anyone help me?:confused:

When you dial your own number you would expect it to be busy. However, 500 and 600 should work. One pssibility is that you need to use STUN or forward port 5060 + 8000 (or whatever is shown in the X-lite setup to the computer running X-Lite.

Open the ports and give it another try.
