Registration Failed
 
Tomorrow registration falied with eu.voxalot.com.
Work only with us.voxalot.com.

I have another problem: the IP of my DSL connection is dinamic. It can change more time in a day. But...: everytime it change, i lose my SIP registrations.
I have to restart my SIP phone (IP301) to refresh the registration. It's a big problem... Only with the registrar sip voipcheap i dont'lose the registration.
Why?
How can i solve this big problem?

Normally VoXalot will try to handle this on its own... However if you are having an issues with your dynamic IP being updated, make sure you set up a STUN server in your ATA (stun.xten.com has been working for me)....

You'll have to look around for the STUN setting field on the device you are using...

The issues with eu.voxalot.com should now be resolved....

There should be a setting like "Registration Expiration Time" in your device. Set it to a small value like 300 (5 minutes). This might do some help to your frequent IP changing.
