Cant make outgoing call
 

hi, ive got the following problem for a few days.

ive set up a calling plan with a betamax account for outbound callings. everything worked fine, but for a few days i could never make an active call via voxalot.

i have no problem receiving a direct call or making a call with callback. just placing an active call doesnt work. everytime i call it doesnt even start to ring, basically nothing happens.

syntax error in dial plan? did you test with "dialplan test"?
your isp is working well? ping to sip.betamaxclone.com is "pinging"?
did you try to "reboot" your sip device?
which betamax clone?

did you test using some betamaxclone windows client?

i am using voipbuster and voipcheap - until now all is working O.K. last call for 5 minutes!

i am in vienna, austria to. isp is chello.at.

hmm after a lot of ivestigation, it seems like its an nat problem. i changed my hotel in new york and using another wifi it worked again.

pinging and stuff like that is hard on an nokia e61i ;)
