Voicemail access
 
My dial tone on my SPA-3000 is now the MWI tone (despite having MWI Serv set to "no"!!)

Anyhow, when I dial 500 I prompted with a "mailbox" request. I enter my 6-digit Voxalot account number and get the "password" prompt. I enter teh 4-digit password (as per my main login page) and get denied.

I really do not want voicemail and have read the feature to kill it is soon to be available. For now, how do I reset my voicemail to clear the MWI?

Sounds like a DTMF problem. If you PM me your account I can arrange for it to be cleared for you.

I've tried DTMF settings of "auto" "INBAND" "INFO" and "INBAND + INFO" and all fail. I am using U-LAW codec.

For the record... Martin has already cleared my voicemail manually... and it's Sunday!!
