Please Help.Busy signals for 5 seconds
 

Hi All,
I own sipura 1001 and my account setup is with two VOIP providers.
Spoxcy for US inside calls and betamax group voip provider for international.

When I pickup my phone to make call first 5 seconds I hear busy signal and after that everything is OK.
If I change my settings to bypass voxalot and connect directly to my voip provider-SPOXCY the problem disappears.Any advice?

It's not busy, it is an intermittent signal, meaning you have a Voice Message in your VoiceMail...

Dial *500, enter your VM Pin, listen to the message, press 9 to save, then 1 for old messages...

If everything goes well within 5 minutes, you should get a normal continuos dialtone...
