Gizmo5 caller ID is driving me nuts.

Why Am I not being able to place a US call trough Gizmo's backdoor dialing with any resemblance of a Caller ID? The only way a call goes triugh is if the "User" aka the CID is blank or the same which authenticates with the SIP server.

While ANY caller id is allowed for sip to sip calling, backdoor dialing returns busy dial tone. Even placing the 1747xxx xxxx number assigned the alphabetic user name from Gizmo, backdoor calls still fail.

Can any one elaborate why calls from Gizmo5 via Voxalot doesn't transmit CID when dialing PSTN?
