Unregistered VSP status

Hello!

I been trying to add "sip.worlddialpoint.net" to the provider list, but it status is "unregistered" for the past few days, even though from my ATA/softphone it seems to work fine with the usual SIP settings.

Any clues on how I could get it working on voxalot, I am beginning to think maybe its not compitable with voxalot..

Any suggestions..

Is the "SIP Register" field set to "yes"?

Once you change this setting allow up to 24 hours to activate.

Thank for the reply Martin.

yes the SIP Register was set to "YES", even after 48 hours it was reporting "unregistered". I tried deleteing and entering the VSP details again, but it still reported "unregistered", after 24 hours!

No problem through direct ATA connection or X-lite softphone.
