FUP exceeded only on EU-server?

Hello,

I'm calling via VoipCheap via Voxalot. Since the beginning of july 2009 I suddenly got FUP exceeded on my free calls. When I switch to US-server (us.voxalot.com) everything is oke and my free calls are free. But when I switch back to EU-server (eu.voxalot.com) I got the FUP exceeded message again and my free calls are not free anymore.

Can you tell me what is wrong?
