Incoming calls do not work
 

Hello

I have big problems in receiving incoming calls,
I'm a premium user so no limitations
What happens is that:

1) the phone rings and I am able to talk just for a few seconds then
voice disappears but call remain connected with no sound

2) Phone makes just a very very short ring and quit immediatly
leaving a '1 missed call' message

Now I want to clarify this is a real problem, I tried different
service provider and with all I had previous problems
I also tried different wifi connections.
The only things in common all my trials have is that
the originator was an italian number and I'm answering the call
here in Dublin, Ireland

I have a Nokia e61i and I set the phone accordingly to your suggestion
in the sticky message


Any idea?

Just an additional info, I have behaviour number 2) even everytime I use
your SIPbroker Italian Numbers!

I think I found the solution for problem 2)
The problem was in my phone Nokia e61i that had settings-->calls>'internet call alert' set to OFF
This option should be set to ON otherwise the phone reject any internet call and
reports a '1 missed call'
