fail to register

i have created (580805)

registered and activated

the configuration on the device is done accordingly

the sip setting, proxy and register server is done (sip:us.voxalot.com)

but still a message of registration failure is appearing

i am located in Saudi Arabia

device is Nokia E71

help please
