How accurate the "Current Status" is
Just experienced my first outage (client only for a week): SIP device returned "Could not register" error for eu.* server, while after switching to us.* everything is fine.
So the question is how reliable the "Current Status" screen is and if I should be notifying / pressing this "big red button" ? |
Problem still reproducable. Exact message is "Can't connect to login server"

I think the status page isn't completely accurate -- I wonder if they are manually updating it -- or maybe it's responsive to pings...
