Terrasip settings

Does anyone know working setting? I tried terrasip.net but will not register to voxalot. It does on Nokia and works perfectly but at home it registers fine but will ring twice for incoming call and stops.
Many thanks.

I have changed as per your advice but still shows "failed". Should I delete and start again? Also with sip reg set to no do you receive incoming calls? Thanks.
PS: Many thanks. Working good! Only thing is that its not sending the allocated voip number and instead sends terrasip ID !

If TerraSip supports sending the Phone Number...there is one thing you may want to try...

Go back to the settings from above, but click on the 'Advanced' Button

Try changing the Field 'From User' to the phone number you want to send. This has to be entered in such a format as Terrasip supports.

If this is not supported, you'll have to go back and change the 'From User' back to your username as it may affect your ability to make outgoing calls.

I don`t understand exactly what you are trying to say,but I have Terrasip configured here at voxalot and it works flawlessly.Check your settings like you have been told.Good luck.

terrasip network

according to terrasip site

Your TerraSip number is a Sipkey, which can make calls to every landline and mobile destination and which can receive calls only from other TerraSip accounts.
But it can not receive calls from other networks. If you want to receive calls on your sip phone from other networks, you will need a virtual telephone number or DID.

I asked Terrasip support to look into sending my caller ID and they replied that its all set but doesnt work. It displays as private number or out of area etc. So my contacts are reluctant to answer thinking that its a market research call!
