White Pages Issue
 

I think there's a problem with the e164.org white pages search. The page says "Harvesting is not permitted" and "Search for a number by name and location". So surely you should only be able to find a number if you enter a name and location - but it lets you search for Town/Suburb="Sydney" and Country="Australia" and returns all names located in Sydney, Australia. Surely this is not at all desirable - it should only let you look up specific names, otherwise it's asking to be harvested?

Is it supposed to be working this way or is this a bug?
