Difficulty with outgoing calls
 
Hi I am a new user and having trouble making an outgoing call.

My ATA (Belkin 4 port) is registered with Voxalot.

My providers (Astratel and MyNetFone) are registered.

Description Username Host Active Status
Astratel 8888XXXX sip04.astrasip.com.au Yes Registered
MyNetFone 0912XXXX sip00.mynetfone.com.au Yes Registered


My dial plan is setup.

Priority Pattern Replacement Provider Active
1 _0011. ${EXTEN} Astratel Yes
2 _07. ${EXTEN} MyNetFone Yes
3 _02. ${EXTEN} MyNetFone Yes
4 _04. ${EXTEN} MyNetFone Yes
5 _41. ${EXTEN} MyNetFone Yes


I get music each time I dial a number.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure where the music is coming from as we certainly don't play any.

Please check what happens when you dial:

*600 and
600

and report back

On further investigation the ATA PSTN fallover light comes on before the music starts.

The ATA appears to be sucessfully registered with Voxalot.

Does *600 and/or 600 work or do these numbers cause the same problem?

Ok, so the first thing we need to do is get *600 working. Can you please PM your 6 digit number and I will confirm if it is registered at the server.

Problem solved once I set VoXalot up on Voip account 1.
