Cant receive calls with certain VSPs

I have registered 4 accounts with different providers (Pennytel, Faktortel, Mynetfone and Freshtel) on my Voxalot account, and registered my SPA3000 ATA to my VoXaLot account. I do not any forwarding set on my account. When I call two of these numbers (Pennytel and Faktortel), my SPA3000 rings, as expected. But when I call the other two (Mynetfone & Freshtel) I just get an engaged tone.

At first I thought it was because the latter two block incoming calls from other providers. But the more I thought about it, from the providers' perspective, these would be outgoing calls, not incoming.

Can anyone offer an explanation?

Are you calling the numbers from your ATA registered to VoXaLot?

On the dial plan list page there is a test feature. When you enter the numbers that are not working does it give you any clues as to why it is possibly not working?

No, these accounts are registered with VoXaLot. In turn, VoXaLot is registered on my SPA3000. I then use a 2nd ATA on my LAN (a PAP2) to call. So on the PAP2, I register another Pennytel account (I have 2 Pennytel accounts), and call the VoXaLot-registered Pennytel account. This works - the SPA3000 registered to VoXaLot rings. This also works with Faktortel, but not with Mynetfone nor Freshtel.

I wonder if the info at http://www.sipbroker.com/sipbroker/a...iderWhitePages is relevant.

All the providers you say aren't working have a red tick next to them. Faktortel has a green tick. Pennytel has a red tick - but it might be working since the call originated from another Pennytel account (try from a different provider to Pennytel).

In exactly the same way that I used a PT account to successfully call another PT account that is registered on VoX, I'm trying to use a MNF account to call another VoX-registered MNF account. All I get is the engaged signal.
