Voxalot and Les.Net

I have my free voxalot account and have the DID from Les.Net forwarded to the same as XXXXXX@us.voxalot.com. Since last 2 days the calls to the DID is always going to the VM of les.net. I initiated a support ticket with Les.Net and they are saying the calls are from the Les.Net servers are rejected by Voxalot.com. So I am wondering any configuration changes I need to make to make this work. The ATA (PAP2T) is registering with the voxalot account with out any issues as well. Any help is highly appreciated.
