Hi

I have "-" under the Reg. Status field in the Providers page, is not suppose to show Registered or Pending?

Have you selected "Yes" to "Sip Register" in the Provider details?

when I first registered with vox. I set all of them to yes, not there are all set to no. and if I change any to yes, it ask to upgrade my vox. regestration "fee". do I need to set the provider SIP register to yes, what will it do for me? I don't understand it, can some one provide a link for me to read a bit?

1. Web Call Back, 2. Call Connection Control, and 3. One SIP registratoin for inbound calls.

ok
1. means when you go to a page and type in 2 numbers and vox. will call both and both can talk.
2. what/why/how is connection control?
3. what/why/how is SIP registration?

This cannot be done unless the user is now has a VoxPremium account and it looks like this user does not at this time.
