Is voxalot service down?
 

Since this morning, none of my voxalot accounts are working. I get dialtone but when dialed get only busy tone. My internet and other voip services works well. Could the mods please check it? Thanks in advance!

* I am using EU server.

Having the same issue since this morning.
My Siemens C470 can't connect to voxalot

Yes, the eu server is down sinse 07:52 (+0100).

I changed to us and it works.

But the service page say: Service Status

This is a Leasaweb problem where the EU Voxalot server is allocated.

Hi all,
Very bad that Voxalot can't install load balancer. If EU server breakdown then next server should come in automatically. Now i have 3 friends connected to EU server, they will not be able dial untill I change theire server. This problem shoould have fixed urgently. Voxalot can't be trusted for professional services.

Ah, this would explain alot. I just rebooted my PAP2, checked all connections and rebooted the router and modem and couldn't figure out why I couldn't get a dialtone yet my N95 connected to my Betamax service direct no problem...
Hope the US server works with the Betamax providers?

excellent, the US server works perfect inbound and outbound so I might just stick with that now, unless there's any noticeable benefit being on the EU one instead (when it's working)?

Yes, only change the server to us in "Member Details".

Testet with SMSDiscount, VoipCheap, JustVoip, VoipDiscount, VoipBusterPro.

As advised in a previous post, our service provider (LeaseWeb) is currently experiencing problems. A support ticket has been raised and we will advise once things are operational again.
