Turkey
An access number for Turkey would be very much appreciated. Is there any chance that SIPBroker could obtain one?

Portugal
Hello,
Today I was trying to use the Portugal DID number but both are not working for me. Is there any known issue? Cheers, Eryck |
Tried again today... here is what I found. Since I'm dialing Gizmo #s what I had to do with some of the access #s is I have to dial *747 before dialing the Gizmo #. When I do it this way the call goes through. If I don't dial *747 1st I get busy tone. What's strange is in the past I never had to dial *747
I hope this will help others. |
USA Number 1-616-608-0509 does not pick up.

adelaide access number works?
I told my cousin to try the current Adelaide on her cellphone but she told me she got a message saying " the number you dial cannot be connected". The number is
Adelaide +61-8-7421-2359 I wonder if that number is actually reachable from only certain telehphone providers? |
adelaide number problem
Yup I confirm it myself by calling that number from Canada. I got a recording saying that number is not connected and advising me to check the number once more. So it seems the Adelaide access number, for some reason, is not reachable at all.

Hello Martin, There is a problem calling me from Birmingham number 44-121-3147477, when my friend calls me from this number and putting in my Iptel number with *478myipteluser then He gets only always a busy tone, he never came through to me.
So we do not know what is wrong. Now when I do a call from my laptop via voip2voip then my phone rings without any problem. Then I tried to call the iptel number from my country Tel Aviv and Jerusalem I get the same busy tone when dialing in the *478myipteluser, so from voip to voip it works. Help. |
Sao Paulo - Brazil access number problem
Hello,
I'm trying to use the Sao Paulo - Brazil access number provided by DIDWW but it does not work. I can hear a message like "it was impossible to establish the communication. Please try again". A few time ago, it works perfectly. Also, the number provided by Voipsharing doesn't work. Does anyone know if there are any issue with these numbers ? Thanks in advance, |
The south africa numbers are not picking up correctly. Anyone else having these issues?

Peru, Lima
This access number has very strange behaviour. I could dial into it with purchased telefono phone card by specifying Lima by adding a 01 even if I am local in lima.
If I put coins into public telefono network phones, I could not access this number at all. If I try to preced it with 01, phone says number not permitted because it knows Lima phones do not need to be preceded by 01. |
Access numbers Brasil not working
Since last week I am not able to make calls using the listed Sipbroker access numbers in the Brasil. I tried the following:
Sao Paulo +55-11-30705202 DIDWW Sao Paulo +55-11-3511-5700 Voipsharing Rio De Janeiro +55-21-35219988 DIDWW Sao Jose Dos Campos +55-12-32125035 DIDWW Porto Alegre +55-51-32512666 DIDWW and probably more as I just made a random selection. When the call is answered, a portuguese speaking female voice responds "this number does not exist" or "the call could not be completed". I contacted DIDWW using the chat service on their website. After that, the service was restored for a short while (less than a day) and then the number was inaccessible again. What can I do to resolve this? |
Hello,
Starting from yesterday, all Israel access numbers (even DIDww) are down. I hear one ring followed by "busy" or rings with some clicks and cracks between them, but no SipBroker greeting. Can you check this issue please? |
I have been asking about the unavailability of all Australian gateway numbers now for over a year and still haven't got an answer. :(
Good luck! LOL. .-.-. |
I have had an informative chat with a support engineer of DIDWW:

Is there an admin who could look into this? |
I can confirm that the Brazilian DIDWW (and supposedly other DIDWW) access numbers do work now!
Thanks to all people involved! |
Hi, I'm a newish member who cannot get the services supposedly available from the only published Australian PSTN access number. When I follow the prompts a familiar Australian accented female voice tells me the number I want is unavailable. She is unflagging in this advice.
Interestingly I notice a discussion of an Adelaide number not so long ago.As a resident of that fine city I would be interested in any other numbers apart from the Sydney number presently available. Thanks |
All the Australian SipBroker gateways have been offline now for over a year.
Interestingly enough I notice tonight that the SipBroker website now only lists a Sydney gateway provided by PennyTel. All the rest have been removed. I gave this number 3 test calls which all failed. It did answer for two of the calls but after entering a known working VoXaLot number it simply hung up on me each time. I really hope to see SipBroker get local working gateways in all the capital cities again. It really was a great thing!. I myself miss the Brisbane one big time!. Also thank you to PennyTel for the one remaining gateway. I have used Pennytel for over a year now and they are the best Australian VSP in my opinion. .-.-. |

The LES.net number for Jacksonville, FL

Both the LES.NET and Link2Voip numbers for Vancouver, Canada are not working. (Thankfully, DIDWW's number is.)

question re PSTN access number and SIP-code
Hello Support Team,
our provider has registered at Sipbroker - Member No. 344570, got a 5-digit SIP code. and we have questions how to get a SIP code - consisting of 3 digit, for example and easy to remember like 333... Besides we didn't manage to find information how to arrange publishing a PSTN access number at Sipbroker.com. Could you please inform us how get a "nice" SIP code (that we choose)? Do we have to make any contributions for that? And how a PSTN number can be shown at Sipbroker next to our company as access number? Thank you. |

Germany Munich number not working 9/2013
I have a friend in Germany who needs to test his callcentric.com number but I suggested to him to phone Munich number 49(0)-89-121409114 but he said it did not connect. I have tried myself to call from the USA and the phone just had a fast busy signal and no one answered. One question I still have, is the (0) since it is in brackets meant to be dialed or is it optional ? I have tried dialing without the (0) and the phone rings but no one answered. The reason I need for him to test his number is that when I call him a number rings but an answering machine answers in German while they do not have an answering, when the answering machine comes on, one can hear another phone ringing, and that is there phone. If he answers the phone I can here him but he doesn't here me. This happens only when I call him via callcentric, but when he calls me sometimes everything is ok, but other times he hears me but he can not hear me. I have been using this service for a long time without this problem; furthermore when I use callcentric pay system and call his cellphone , then everything is perfect. His system uses a 4G box Fritz!Box and I have a Sipura-3000. But all this is info which's not related as far as I know to your service/forum but to the pstn numbers provided in your SipBroker PSTN number pages. Let me know if anyone of you is aware of any number in Germany that my friend can use to test and find out what settings he needs to change in his system. Thanks !

The TelAppliant and VoIPTalk numbers in the UK aren't working properly. While they answer the call, no number dialled is connected - even *011188888 fails to connect.
(Edit: VoIPTalk and TelAppliant are one and the same, none of their numbers are working correctly.) In the UK, only the DIDWW numbers and the unlisted Matrix Network number (01463 360296) are working. |
26th April, the situation has not changed with the UK access numbers.
