Hi,

I installed Voxalot on X-Lite a couple months ago and it worked. I used it for incoming calls only.
I used it not so much.
Yesterday I found that it doesn't work :-( When I try to call I've got "Number 132505 is unavailable" Echo test 600 doesn't work either.
Do you have any idea why it could happen?

Give this another try, make sure you are using us.voxalot.com (or eu/au depending on your cluster, which you can see when you log in at your VoXalot page)....

It should be working...also make sure you are not having any routing issues...eg. make sure X-lite STUN service is set up, that may help

Hopefully it'll be up and working again
