Calls dropping in 30 to 60 seconds is possibly an NAT issue, in my experience.
Setting the registration period too low may cause unnecessary registration requests, and loss of connection when the registration expires.
Have you tried the phone using a public IP to check if all other settings are working correctly?
Are you using a STUN set up when behind NAT?
