Hi,

We have made a change to the "Message Waiting Indicator" (MWI) logic.

Are people able to confirm whether it is working for their device?

We are also interested in knowing if it now works for EyeBeam.

Seems to work with my Linksys PAP2. The message waiting is set to 'yes'.

Yes!!! Just got back from a week vacation today and noticed the voicemail envelope icon on my eyeBEAM. Very pleasant Surprise!!!

Well, CounterPath released their version 1.5 of eyeBEAM and now the MWI does not work with Voxalot again :-(

Here is a question I posted to their site and a response.

Not sure if its enough to help you fix the problem again, but I can ask more questions to eyeBEAM support if you tell me what specific details you need.

Sipura 3k does not work anymore for me

Hi,

As mentioned in another thread the VoXaLot server is now at a different IP address. If you are using the old IP address then you will need to change it.

Are you able to add a new Voicemail message and re-try?.

In my case I left a message as recently as today and it doesn't show up in the new eyeBEAM 1.5. It does when I reinstall eyeBeam 1.1 though.

Is there anything we can do to get eyeBEAM's MWI working with Voxalot again. eyeBeam 1.1 worked fine with the changes you had made a while back, but unforuntately the currently version 1.5 isn't working for me.

Can I get some information from eyeBEAM (Counterpath) that would help you troubleshoot this issue?
