Voxalot US to EU account calling

To call another Voxalot account I use *010<number>@sipbroker.

What if my recipient is registered at eu.voxalot.com, I know *010 works, but wouldn't using *031 help to reduce RDP latency? Or *031 doesn't have any special meaning now?

Makes no difference to RTP. The only difference is the time it takes to establish the call.

So which one is faster for calling from US to EU?

It really makes no discernable difference in practice.
I just dial the 6 digit Voxalot account number and let the Voxalot server and/or the Sipbroker server route the connection.
