No incoming calls with Wengo ?

Hi,

I'm a new happy user of Voxalot. :p
However, I've got one problem for incoming calls (outgoing calls work really fine).

I've got 2 accounts successfully registered with Voxalot: Wengo and VoipBuster.

For each of them, I've a French VOIP number (+33 17xxxxxxx). I'd like that at least one of them works to be joigned by anybody from the PTSN network.
Unfortunately, none of them works
I've read on Voxalot forum that it's a known issue for VoipBuster (I've got a busy tone when I try to call me from a mobile phone), so all my hopes are on Wengo number !
But when I call my Wengo number, I've got a French voice telling me that "my number is not assigned or unreachable". (which is wrong: if I configure my ATA to be registered directly on Wengo and not Voxalot, it works fine).

I'd like to know if someone has succeeded to receive an incoming call from PTSN to Wengo (through Voxalot of course!); and if you have any idea to solve my problem.

Thanks for help !!

Hello, on the Wengo provider details page do you have "SIP Register" set to Yes?

If you PM your 6 digit VoXaLot number I will take a look.

Hi Martin,

Yes, on Wengo provider details page I've "SIP register" set to "yes".

(I also tried to set it to "no", and then when I call my Wengo number, I fall directly on my Wengo voice mail, which sounds logical as, in that case, I'm not registered).

I've sent to you by PM my 6 digit Voxalot number.

Thanks very much !

I am also having problems registering with Wengo. If I succeed I will post my settings.

I also can't work out how to get a SIP-ID or an incoming PSTN number from wengo.

How did you get your +33 17 xxxxxx number? Is that from Wengo?

Hi GuyMoquet,

I don't have any problem registering with Wengo...except that my incoming calls don't work. Do you have more problems than me ?

And yes, I got my number from Wengo. It costs 15 eur/year.
