Hello,

i need some help. If I make a call,the phone I am calling is ringing, but not mine. I cannot hear it ringing. Do you know where the problem might be? Sometimes it is working .. if I call 10 times, it can happen that I hear it ringing once ...

- What is your device?
- Are you behind a firewall?
- What type of firewall is it?

I use a hybrid gsm-wifi mobile provided by T-mobile in Germany. I am behind a firewall, I always have been.
If I use voipstunt with the same device is working perfect. But through voxalot not. Actually, it worked until yesterday perfect with voxalot, but without changing anything it just stopped functioning properly yesterday. Direct calls via voxalot through sipbroker work very good. Both providers are registered in voxalot on port 5060. So againn, the problem is that i do not hear when it rings. But it is ringing at the other party

I forgot to mention. The wifi router gives a fixed IP address to my gsm-wifi mobile. This IP address is in the DMZ.

Hi, One suggestion, try GSM codecs on your wifi phone. I have same thing and works ok. The battery doesnt last long:(

many thanks! actually it has nothing to do with the gsm codec. I just rebooted the wifi mobile and it worked again. I should have done it before posting this issue here.
Anyway, the service is back and works very good.
