Registration failed

I have two voxalot numbers - one premium and another regular. I can register fine to my premium number but registration failed occurs with my regular number. Any particular settings I should look for on my voxalot account to fix this?

Registration is not possible in VoxBasic account, only with premium accounts.

I'm not referring to registering my voxalot account to a vsp but rather registering my ATA device to voxalot

From an ATA registration perspective, Voxalot treats both premium and basic registration requests the same way.

Most likely cause is password / credentials within the ATA itself.
