Voicemail after one second...
 

I've a Voxalot Premium account configured with two sip numbers plus I redirect my IPkall number to Voxalot as well.



I haven't been using the service in the last 3 weeks and now all those 3 numbers are experiencing the same behavior which is my voicemail starts after 1 second, without letting me pickup the call.


I have double checked the voice-mail settings and it correctly says 18 seconds.


Could anyone help me to fix this issue. Thanks in advance

It seems that Voxalot is not seeing your device registration.

You can check your device registrations at the following link after logging in :

http://www.voxalot.com/action/deviceRegistrations

Resetting your SIP device (softphone or ATA or IP Phone) may clear the problem.
