Voxalot / SIP Broker Support Forums - Problem with au.voxalot.com vs voxalot.com.au

Hi There,

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with au.voxalot.com?
I using a Snom 300; Northern NSW, using Bigpond.

If I use the IP address the phone registers, but calls to it go straight to VM.
If I use voxalot.com.au, the DNS SRV records are examined and an entry is found for _sip._udp.voxalot.com.au and it registers ok using UDP.
If however, I use au.voxalot.com, the udp lookup fails but _sip._tcp.au.voxalot.com works. And yes, TCP is then selected for SIP traffic but the registration eventually fails.

Switching back to voxalot.com.au allows me to register and calls to the phone now work.

I have checked out the logs and the other questions I have are:
Why is www.voxalot.com included in the Route?
Whats with the Privacy?
The snom does not appear to be fond of the lr=on either!

Also still wondering why Voxalot changes the Codec Order around as per my last post?
