SipBroker alias conflict with Voxalot
 

I just tried to use my canadian cell phone number as an alias in SipBroker but it sais "The SIP alias 1-NPANXXXXXX already exists in the database".

Then I tried to call *011-1-NPANXXXXXX and I get my Voxalot voicemail box!?!? How is that?

I don't see my cell number anywhere in my Voxalot account.. I don't know how the two got "linked" in the first place. Can I cancel my Voxalot account which I don't use to free up my alias and use it with my SipBroker account instead?

If the Sipbroker alias exists, it can be modified or camcelled by logging in to your Sipbroker account using the SIP address as your ID ("e.g. 123456@yourprovider.com").
