Add Option to Override ENUM Toll-Free Provider

I just noticed that even if I specify it in the dial plan, it is not possible to use another provider than tf.voipmich.com to do North American 1-800 toll-free numbers. It would be really nice if there was some way to override voipmich.com ENUM monopoly on 800 numbers for phoning either specific toll-free numbers or to in general to substitute a completely different provider in place of voipmich.com. I know Gizmo Project (proxy01.sipphone.com) and FWD (fwd.pulver.com) allow toll-free calls to N. America through them, and it would be nice to be allowed to configure them to be the provider if we want.

Should be doable by using the ENUM replacement field:

e.g.

Setup a dial plan entry like _1800. => sipphone or fwd with the ENUM replacement field containing an obviously incorrect value e.g. 1111111${EXTEN}

This will result in the ENUM lookup failing and the call being routed to either sipphone or FWD.

In theory this should work.

That's an ingenious use of the existing functionality, and cool tweak to get around ENUM. Thanks!

It would be handy to opt out of ENUM lookup all together. I have had so many complaints about the delay caused by the ENUM lookup (Hard to believe, I know), that I have stopped using VoXaLot for work.
