Reputation System - Now Active
 

We have just activated a reputation system in the forum. Please feel free to award points to other members by clicking on the yellow star underneath the members details in any post.

A "Thanks" button has also been added allowing members to quickly acknowledge helpful posts.

Some of us will be used to the Thanks button on other forums

It's useful for acknowledging, without needing to actually reply.

Though elsewhere some people can get a bit wound up about post or thanks counts, I don't really imagine it happening here

Exactly. Our intent is to build a community that helps each other and provide as many forum features as we can to facilitate this objective.

If you look at the search link, you will notice a new option to search for thanked posts.
