None Of Call forwarding rule working

Call forwarding not working, DIDWW diverted calls can not be received, status failed.
you can make call only via ATA, without any problem.
Please check why all of sudden this started happening?

Where are you pointing the DID to?

voxalot.com or (us, eu, au).voxalot.com

Pointing to voxalot.com, It was working fine since last 3 to 4 months
