status of eu.voxalot.com ?
 

now (21-08-2007 21:35) is the connection to eu.voxalot.com not possible.
changed to us.voxalot.com and all is working fine!?!
any server reconfiguration or software upgrade in doing?

EDIT:
... and now, after 15 minutes (21:50), reconected to eu.voxalot.com -all is working O.K.
do you have any trace, protocoll or log file with any error report?

There were no scheduled outages. We will take a look at the logs see if there was a problem around this time.

Edit: Ok I just checked the EU logs and there were definitely calls going through the system at this time. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps there was a network routing issue from your IP into the EU server at this time.

This could have been confirmed by using a traceroute command from your IP address when the problem occurred.
