What can we do with VoxRoam Martin ?

And how does it work ?

This is a new feature that allows you to access your VoXaLot dial plan / providers via the SIP Broker public access numbers.

Has anyone tried it ?

I noticed that the voxaroam enter your pin option is gone on the members detail page.

Not quite the same thing but I can access my VoXaLot dial plans from a VSP that has a local access number and then allows me to use an external VSP.

How can you do that ?

This post was some time ago. What has happened to Voxroam? I would like to give it a try.

VoxRoam is still in our development road map. Unfortunately it has been
prioritized lower in the list of development items as we have had other
pressing items to address, which you would have seen us release in the
last couple of months. Rest assured we will work on VoxRoam and release
it as soon as we can.

Our current plans are to implment as follows:

• VoxPremium members will be able to use SIP Broker access numbers to avail themselves of their dial plans and will be able to make calls after authentication.
• Authentication will take the form of caller-id or PIN - we have not completely finished on this design as of yet.
• We will add our own SIP broker access numbers based on the take up rate and revenue model.

Feedback form the community here will be useful as to what you would be willing to pay for use of VoxRoam. We are looking at a flat fee per call, based on a pre-paid model. It will help us prioritize it higher if we hear from the community that it is something you all would find useful, that is help you save money and consequently be willing to pay for its use.
