inbound SIP forwarding and Sipgate
Hi,
First a big thanks to VoXaLoT and to this community, I have trawled the forum to see if I could find the anser to my question but I did get rather bogged down in the sheer amount of stuff posted here! Proves how well loved this service is! I have set up a new VoXaLoT account and I have set up Sipgate.co.uk as a provider and a dial plan - I have a Grandstream Handy Tone-286 ATA and I can accept incoming calls via my Sipgate PSTN and call out from the ATA via Sipgate... even the MWI on my ATA is working spot on. The problem I have is that I have another PSTN with Gradwell. I have that number set to SIP forward to sip:******@eu.voxalot.com when I have a Forward set up in my VoXaLoT control panel to voicemail then calls to my Sipgate PSTN and my Gradwell PSTN go to voicemail when I do not have a forward setup in my VoXaLoT control panel then calls to my Sipgate PSTN route to the ATA but calls to my Gradwell PSTN fail My Gradwell account is SIP forward only, I could change this but I see no real need to do this right away. Can anybody advise me with regards what I am missing - I am sure it is something very obvious! Thank you in advance for any advice you can give Kind regards Emyr |
