When you said 'inbound phone number' I thought you meant DID. Why don't each of you sign on with Voxalot, then call each other using your Voxalot numbers?

It's not clear if you want a number in China.

However, it might be preferable to test using a free DID in a third country (Eg UK or US) forwarded to you VoIP account to find out if this solves your problem.
