I was wondering if you can help me with a support issue for a new Voxalot Account.
I searched the forums and also posted a request for help late on Monday night, but I have had no response those within Voxalot who can take a look at the account.
The issue is described here:

I tried a third client to register this account (Acrobitz Softphone for iPHone) and it indicated that the user was 'unauthorized' on us.voxalot.com but works fine on eu.voxalot.com
The user/account is 905743
Is there another way I am support to request support? I can't see any other method but via a forum posting.
I have setup a total of 5 account (one for me and 4 family members) and 3 have already been updated to premium accounts. I hope I can get help with this as this new account is definitely a candidate for an upgrade.
